| Mr. Lau has over 30 years of experience in the textile industry. He was a director and group deputy general manager of Fountain Set (Holdings) Limited from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Lau holds a Higher Diploma in Textile Technology from the Hong Kong Technical College. He is a member of the General Committee of Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Mr. Lau was appointed as a non-executive Director in 2007. Mr. Lau is also a director of PPTL, Pacific Textiles Limited, Pacific HK & China Holdings Ltd., Pacific Overseas Textiles Macao Commercial Offshore Limited (all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company). |
