| He is a co-founder and senior partner of the Group. Mr. Ip has over 30 years of experience in the textile industry. He is also the founder of Spider Knitters Limited. Mr. Ip was appointed as a Director in 2004. Mr. Ip is also a director of PPTL, Pacific Textiles Limited, Pacific HK & China Holdings Ltd., Pacific Overseas Textiles Macao Commercial Offshore Limited (all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company). |
